ok, so you purchased King of Bones crest out of arena shop, then the crest appeared in your inventory, you then went to the recruit icon inside little helper, went to the tavern that holds him, and had the 400 ruby souls to exchange along with the crest. clicked on the recruit button under the card, and KoB flashed on screen and a note appeared in upper chat saying; that you hit if off? and then after all that when you pull up your character or go into drills he does not show up. is that what you are trying to say?
