Recharge delayed

        Is my first time making a recharge and i don\'t know how long it takes, but since yesterday at 17:36 hours the recharge was accepted and it says the recharge takes a few minutes but until now I haven\'t received the diamonds. Could anyone help me please?.

Dear Player, please try again or do another recharge but with different payment method when you see order submitted and it is taking forever the recharge did not complete and it failed even if it shows order submitted it failed if it won´t  give you diamonds within 1hr. Also for future if you have issues with recharged we need more information such as your IGN (In Game Name) server number, Transaction ID along with screen shot.

        Try choosing the option to use a different card, the Saved Credit Card system seems to not be working but if you choose Use another Card then reenter your CC info it works and the recharge Succeeds
