hour change log failure

        for several months now when the hour changes most events fail and the message
        log failure please refresh your browser comes up.....this lasts for about 2 minutes....

        Is there any way that this can be fixed as it is most annoying during gauntlet, team arena,
        cross server demonic war, as well as many other events.
