Hello mcgarrie, this is the forum for the PC game. You should address any issues you have with your LOA Mobile in here: http://community.gtarcade.com/group/2073 . Anyway, as I play myself the mobile version as well, I believe you should simply download again the app and you will be able to log in with your info. I see you said you tried to log in with you GTA account, but is this how you logged initially? Some log with Quick Log in Facebook.
