        After hitting someone this morning numerous times and noticing they were still at 100 %, I decided to look closer this evening.
        Before I;have entered battle my actual BR is 3782164, ;but in battle shows 3139653, no totems [ have ruby united x 2 ], no angel skills, no weapon or gear skills.

        This is across the board for my alliance, so there is no way to win battles. This started yesterday but thought it was a glitch, heck we get so many of them, but this is more.
        As we will not achieve any levels due to this, we want compensation for at least the minimum of 5 alliances defeated;to get the bonus resources. Only fair, and I will know if the alliances on the top 70 side, { meaning to you mostly cashers }, get there rewards unjustly and you bypass the players who were not in top 70 alliances get the shaft so to speak.
