i cant fill out a ticket for spirit guardian

It asks for game name once I get there and there isn\'t an option for spirit guardian anywhere and if I choose no game even though it says spirit guardian ticket at the top it won\'t allow me to submit it please tell me how to fill out a ticket for spirit guardian vanguard rush so I can put a screenshot to fix a two week ongoing problem that is destroying my faith in the game please help me

I tried to upgrade a character sledge to a five star but the game somehow turned my two three star sledges I needed to upgrade him into a four star as well so now I have to of them just one is all leveled up and I have no use for the other one that\'s level one I just wanted my two three star sledges back so I could finally upgrade but in game support told me they need a screenshot but I couldn\'t do that there

When you upgrade a hero you need another hero to upgrade him or her so when I upgraded my good sledge from three stars to four stars I needed two three star sledges to combine to make a four star then to upgrade my four star sledge to a five star I needed two three star sledges two upgrade him to a five star but when I tried doing that somehow it turned the two three star sledges into a four star and did nothing to my current four star I had that I wanted to make into a five star now I have two four star sledges but the one I showed you I have no use for so I want that four star I showed you turned back into atwo three star sledges so I can upgrade my leveled up four star sledge I\'ll send a picture of the good one I wanted to turn into a five star now just don\'t take this one away take the first image in the other post I had sent last time away

The new image is the good one that I want to turn into a five star just look at there stats this one has thousands of power... and the first post one only has 200 power because I never wanted him to exist I wanted those two that made the 200 power one for upgrading the 4347 power sledge
