Unable to Claim Rewards in Hot Events Explore Temple of Doom

        Good Day to you Sir/Mam;

        IGN Lust from Roger(999).;

            Im using Facebook to play the game. On October 18, 2015, did some extra Explore\'s on Raiders to claim the rewards in the Hot Events Explore Temple of Doom, did 21 Explores in total but not able claim the said rewards. Hope you fix this and pls give me some compensation on it. Would be waiting for your reply and appropriate action. Thank You and God Bless.
