Angel Icons and Rankings

        As far as I know, these angels can only be found in lucky tree:
        Polly, Demeter, Raphael, Seraphim (not sure if seraphim is even in lucky tree)
        Raphael also in toy capsule, but it\'s definitely not worth at the cost of golden, silver tickets.
        Are there any other way to get these and any other;angels? (besides wheel of luck shop)
        I\'d also like to know how do these angels fare against each other (how would you rank them):
        Serrin, Demeter, Raphael, Eostre, Seraphim, Sunniva, Isolde, Varda, Athena, Hemera, Frigg
