logging into the game

        for over;4 hours now I have been having this error when I try logging into the game using browser and mini client. I hae even tried using my cellphone and ipad and tried using someone elses internet service. the only way I can get in is thru facebook. however if I do I wud have to dtart the game all over and tht I refuse to do. I have submitted 2 tickets already and the problem is still going on. I have missed World Boss and Team Arena because of this error. all I am getting is we are fixing this we are fixing this. is really getting old/ Me nor my mom can get in and I am missing a lot of gaming stuff I can be doing. I am hoping to get a more detail development of whats going on. And how soon can this problem be fixed/ I\'m getting this error( Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /data/web/common/modules/gtarcadeGameframe/controllers/DefaultController.php on line 100) ....
