        Unfortunately we (FM) have no access to ticket, so anything you post in ticket will not seen by FM which also a player and have more knowledge to the game. Please report any issue in support instead of ticket, so we can analyze it and report if necessary.

        Well, spamming the ticket system is the official way to get some results in reasonable time - explicitly minutes from what we see in the Ogrim case. From what I tried today, it seems that 10 tickets is not spam enough. Made 11th asking how many should I make to get reasonable responses relevant to the game. But if everyone makes 10 tickets...
        Forum mods are cool in that most of the current ones seem to be pushing and pushing and pushing all the stuff they notice here. But that does not lead to soon resolution often enough to be proposed as way to get support.
