Lost Inferno Attempt and got nothing for it.

Centoria server 433. Hello I was just soloing my first inferno for today and suddenly I couldn\'t move or do anything. I had collected 3 chest before this happened. I reloaded and it didn\'t have me still in inferno nor let me go back in. Besides the rewards of the remaining chest that I was going to get and the rewards for the D rank it also cost me the hot event rewards for it also.
