Relocate Holiday Emissary

I have noticed that the Vampire guy is located in the exact spot every character lands when logging in to the game or when returning to the City of Spirits from any other map location. When people login or arrive at the city, they sometimes remain in that location, making it difficult for other players to click on the emissary. Perhaps he should be placed still out in front there but maybe between Hansen and Cherry. Then people would not be blocking him without even realizing it.
