I am playing through facebook and my account is: 10204914106866825. Since 26/10/2015 up till now i was unable to access one of my character because of the login issue. I also have submitted a ticket and it took them 2 day to reply back and the problem was not fix and i had to resubmit the ticket again. Finally after waiting another 6 hours i gotten back my character. In my ticket i did mention about the ludo event reward and after confirming with one of my alliance mate, i was no.3 at the overall ranking but where is my event reward??? Since i am not at fault when your customer support only replied back at me after 2 days, i really hope that those item which i won in the event will be reimburse to me. My character name is CowGoMoooo and the server i am in is LionHeart(S37)-HKT.

        so any news from the devs? even the ticket haven\'t got any reply too. Do they really need more than 2 working days as customer support?

No news yet, but to help with this do you have any screenshots from the ludo event maybe so it will be quick for the devs to assess the situation.

        how am i suppose to have any screenshot? I never expect that suddenly i can\'t find my character anywhere. i tried to access it on the server list only to find that it keep bringing me to the create character page. I tried to create one with the same name at it says the current name is being used so i tried to do so with another name and it say activation error..pls retry...and this goes on until the ludo is completely over and missing out 2 days of carnival.

        Hi player,

        The devs checked your logs, Ludo ended on the 26th and your last login was on the 24th.. perhaps you were outranked during the 2 days of your absence.. and the devs are requiring any evidence at all about your rank.

prove....my alliance mate can confirm it for me. i was 3rd on the overall ranking. i made my report on the 26th because i was hoping the problem was just some technical issue and i just wait and see before i made my report. and it took them 2 days to reply. and how the hell am i suppose to give proof??? so should i take a screenshot every single hour from now on just so that the customer support can have an easier life???

Seriously what is the story now? How can the devs ask for this sort of proof? They should have this kind of record themselves and not asking the player to take screenshot of every single event they do....THAT IS NOT A PLAYER\'S RESPONSIBILITY....and since this screw up happen due to their dev\'s own technical issue and not mine. How long do i have to wait until i get some answer?? and btw do tell them they have great customer support too since my ticket never get any reply until today so its must be great to be them to have such nice job with such incredible minimum working days.

        I will open up your issue once again with the devs and I will update you once there is news.

        Most likely on Monday we will get the update.
