Help with Thor shards

Ok so a few weeks back I mistakenly sold my Thor shards, and support was awesome enough to give them back to me. 84 of them to be exact. So tonight I gathered the rest of the Thor shards but I noticed the old group of 84 would not stack with the new Shards. So now I have 1 group of 84 and 1 of 86..... and it will not allow me to synth him. Could you please take these two stacks and give me 1 stack of 170 please.;

Hi, have you tried sorting your bag so that could stack the thor shards together?

Yes, I\'ve tried every possible thing to get the two stacks to combine with no luck
