bug in friends list can add them but not open Cs friends list

        here are some photos of my problem and yes ive cleared cookies +cache and refreshed browser i cannot access the cs friends list its bugged i keep trying to click on the button but it dosent open ;and when i try to chat on pm box i cant ; it says falsa and theyre accepting the friender requests but still i cant go in to see if theyr online or not. i would appreciate it if some help could be given ; i think im on a pst time zone because i whas able once or twice to talk to a certain player ogrim ; ;
