My husband is able to log in. I have tried to log in using firefox, chrome, explorer, edge, and the mini client. I have released and renewed my ip. I have cleared my cookies, cache history, etc. I have made sure all my drivers are up to date. I have reset my modem and router, made sure my router drivers were up to date.

After all of this, I still can not log in, yet my husband can. I have even tried on his computer and it still will not let me into the game.
