Use your skills to fit your party not only for your character.
Now I collect skills for a particular party, in the future I will change them .Try to pick up the skills that will help you in some or eventah . For example the most highly raised Absolution Tower
If you have no strong DD ... enhancing the skill Critical damage will be of little use.
