demonic war is down

Server 796 and all PST servers cannot access demonic war even though it is scheduled for tonnight. cannot even schedule next date.  This is the second major event that has been screwed up with no compensation. first event was gauntlet a few days ago where dead dogs were still killing angel. All servers should be granted compensation in gold, red and yellow sashes as if they had at least cleared level 40.
