I bought an orange galaxy ring from Halloween only to find out it has the crappy base stats. I did not realize this because galaxy ring is the only artifact not in the artifact guide. Due to that carelessness on the part of the devs,;I would like to request it be refunded or replaced by an orange twilight mirror or shield of discord. Thank you.
