crazy haloween bug discovered and support ticket don't work

        in my game window the crazy haloween event icon has dissapear and in that place is free space....i know event should last till today at 23.59...and i wanna spent my candyes...i ask other players and they have it....and in hot events tab....all bonuses is not labeled...i can claim them if i select them but they dont have label....i thynk that is not normal....thx for understanding...i wait response soon....best regards...
