So for 2 days ago I ordered 12 000 diamonds, which cost pretty much actually. I did this mainly because there were a recharge event.

There you have a receipt, unfortunately my cellphones battery died and i didn\'t receive the diamonds and each time i try to buy 12 000 again it tells me i already payed for it and it\'s processing the payment forever. i have to restart my phone..
So i contacted support not 1 not 2 but 3 times regarding this... One time i got the answer (You have to wait 1-2 business days, the DEV team is sleeping) What? are they sleeping for 2 days? are they bears?
However, when i try to get any compensation or try to make this go faster or ask more questions about what\'s happening next, the support just choose to shut the case and not answer me anymore. Thank you for that, great support guys...
I know that the link with the payment is to league of angels, but guess what, it was a support who gave me the link to that forum, so thats where it will end up.
As im writing this, it is now 5 minutes left on the recharge event, and yet another support have ignored my ticket.
Do you guys even take this seriously?
Time to wake up and help your customers.
