I have created several tickets. And the customer service will not help me.; I paid for something and didnt get what I paid for.

Everytime I create a ticket, they ask me a question, I reply and then they dissapear and never reply to ticket again.

So I have to recreate another then another.

Yet no one will take responsibility and resolve my issue.

I have an account. My sons have accounts. thats 5 total accounts. I made purchases on 2 of the accounts. I promise you this, I will never make another purchase with this company, in this game or any other.

There are other games like this one. This company has strung me along for over 2 months since my fist ticket.

Terrible Customer service.

        Agreed! I\'ve got the same of error. Customer support team seem doesn\'t want to work, they ask me a useless question instead of find out and fix the problem, then ignore my answer after that. 5 days go by and my problem still doesn\'t solve. I\'m very very disappointed to this support team.

        P/S: If my next post on this forum still has no reply, I\'ll send a warning message to all of my forum, blog as well as chat group that I\'m a member or an admin. Then I\'ll see what you\'ll get for not respect to customer.

Terrible Customer service.

        Hi there. I am honestly sorry for how long this has taken- but you can\'t really blame us on the forum. We are so undermanned it\'s incredible, and only one of us can actually solve the issues- *Ezy. The rest of us just log reports. On top of this, I\'m basically the last player moderator left, and I\'ve been afk for the past little while due to a school trip and then loads of school work. If you would still like to try and have your issue solved, please say so. As for sbc.big@gmail.com, I can\'t find these posts you are referencing. Can you please provide a link?

        I make first message on Nov 1st 2015 with 1 reply,

        Today is Nov 7th 2015, still no one reply.

        Why I must post my complain to this forum? Because your support team can\'t solve the problem as well as they didn\'t reply to me. 5 days go by, no reply, no explain, why they don\'t write a message to me say that they\'re busy, they have not enough member to handle all tickets and I must wait for my turn? So, where can I get support? Make another message to support team and wait in hopeless? I\'m gonna make a post on this forum, fortunately, you had replied to me. I don\'t want to spent money to this terrible support service, my problem is from your server error, they even ignore my ticket when I contact to them. What kind of customer support is this?

Terrible Customer service.

        Here is the answer to both of your problem because this will be the same information that the support team will provide you with...
        contact itunes support or google play support which ever it is that you made your purchases from and tell them that you did not recieve the in game purchase that you made,itune or google play will then give you a refund for that purchase.. Now you can either do this or you can keep making posts about how no one is responding to you either way makes little difference. If you paid attention to the forums you would realize that there is usually one one or two moderrators that reply to posts thus making it extremely hard for these two to answer and help all the post that get posted a day,at the same time they are only human and can only work for so long on these posts before they need to sleep or take a day off.. So stop being lazy and read some of the other posts that they have replied on and noticed that it usually ends the same way REQUEST A REFUND FROM APPLE OR GOOGLE PLAY AND LEAVE IT AT THAT

Excuse me, I think you are misunderstanding my problem. As I said in the first email: I did successfully get diamond of $50 purchased, the problem is: I didn\'t get the reward from the event. Do you think Apple will take me a refund for what I\'d successfully recharged?

        Yes, I think. They can still refund that purchase. It is the same as not receiving the incentives about your recharged amount. Just try to ask AppStore or PlayStore a refund.

Unfortunately us here on the forum (at least the junior moderators such as me) don\'t connect with the in-game customer service. So I can\'t really help you at all with tickets that didn\'t get responded to, unfortunately :/ I think Ezy* might be able to, but even then I\'m not sure.

        Hi, I am sorry for all these troubles, could you please write down your IGN and server so I can ask the support team to check?
        If there is any event reward missed, I need to know the event name and the date when it happened.
