Diamonds disappeared

I had 16 eggs for capsule toys so I played until I received a message telling me I had run out of diamonds. The game took my eggs and my diamonds with each turn I took. Though you refuse to respond to my last ticket regarding the loss of diamonds I still had over 1000 diamonds. I realize now that I am dealing with amateur game developers and though I have been trying to be a loyal MONEY player you have zero interest in my concerns. I enjoy your game platform so I will continue to play but will not buy anything from you until you acknowledge my concerns, I will also be filing a complaint with Facebook and calling my bank to stop the payment for the 2000 diamond recharge as, since I purchased them, 1600 have been removed from my account unjustly.
