Character went back to default

        Good Evening
       

        November 8, 2015 i was still able to play my lvl 74, Rank 2 in Class of Might server,;VIP 8, Rank Silver in Recharge Berzerker Character but when i re-entered the game at about 6:50 server time of the same date to rechagre because i was aiming for high points in CS tycoon where i usually spend my diamonds;my character was gone. Said character went back to default were you choose a name and class of a lvl 0 character. I dont want to redo all the things i have done with my lvl 74 character and dont want to recharge again on a new 1. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and hoping to get a relpy from you.
