Recharge issue

First recharge was instantaneous, whereas second recharge brought me to a page where it says the payment is being processed. It has been more than a few minutes and there is no indication of success or failure. CC is well within its limit and expiry date is not an issue either. Made doubly sure I chose the correct server and everything.

Should these things not be instant?

Issue resolved. Turned out to be something with the credit card, after all. Used another card, everything works now. Recharge was instant.
