        Dear Players, you have to provide your IGN (In Game Name) as well as your server number along with screen shot of the issue (you spending more than 1k dias and not being able to claim the reward) then we will manually send you the reward but we need screen shots.
       
As for the poster of this thread I cannot open the file you send could you re-send it?
