        Today was last day on my monthly card collection period, it won\'t let me collect, and it won\'t let me re-up either (yes, I recharged the proper amount). Seems a couple other people on my same server are having the same issue as well.; We all have the same code pop up as well.

havin same problem too ; i posted in a diff topic though ; ;will they give us the diamonds we missed or do we have to recharge yet again?

Hi guys, I\'ve made a report for everyone who didn\'t had one before. I talked to my supervisor and told him that players are getting mad due to having to recharge again and that he should activate the cards for who had this issue. He said he will have to talk with devs about this as they didn\'t said anything about activating the cards. So now I\'m waiting for an answer from him, and more likely I will have one tomorrow.

I am just wondering here.. Will there be a compensation for the days missed at all do to this problem or will we lose out on a few hundred diamonds.. And thanks for finding this out as well..

I really hope they decide to activate;our cards.. my history shows i have already recharged on the first day this problem came up. I dont feel we should have to recharge again if our history shows that we recharged..but it will def make us question of we want to spend money in game, how do we know there wont be another problem..
