Compensation for Monthly Card Problem

The compensation was at least a step in the right direction, sadly it doesnt measure up to what it should have been; the compensation should be equal to the loss of what we would have gathered from the card for the entire month at the very least.

        It is a smile without a reach-around...just straight dry-slamming it to us...not te mention the fact GTArcade membership email codes weren\'t sent out to me this Friday like they should have :/  Spending on game anymore?  I started spending, but if this is gonna be the treatment we get (1000 diamonds for 3,000+ diamond loss bc they fail to activate our recharge monthly Card), forget about it, I won\'t be spending anymore $ on this game.

        Well, no hopes in a full compensation. Got a reply from GTA:
        Dear player, we have given the compensation for all player\'s monthly cards, if you want to activate your monthly card, you need to recharge again, it is the same for every player, thanks for your understanding.

AT LEAST THEY GOT YOUR EMAIL FOR MONTHLY CODE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS ACCT ACITVE FOR ;MONTHS FOR FOR GT CLUB AND NO ONE WILL HELP,THEY DO MY MAIN ACCT BUT MY SECONDARY THEY GIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST HEAR ME OUT AND CORRECT WHAT S WRONG WITH MY OTHER ACCT AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER
