Have been unable to log on(page never loads past splash page) last 30 min- Miguel server- you having issues with the log on servers?

miguel 1084- the screen loads the splash then stays there loading at 100%, then after 10 min the screen turns all black. ;did this for about 40 min. I was able to log back on after 40 min. Hope this helps.
