        ;Several times I have had issues and sent tickets to support. ;Several times friends and family of mine have done the same thing. ; At no point has support been in any way supportive. ;I\'m still waiting for a $20 diamond payment to be looked at after forwarding the payment number to support, getting an inane response, then getting a second support staff telling me they will forward it to the Devs. ;My GF recharged $40 during the last 5 days of her 600 realmgem monthly card while the realm patron issue was happening and didn\'t receive her monthly card, she has put in a support ticket and explained to them twice what has happened, with screenshots. Nothing.

        IS THERE ANY POINT TALKING TO SUPPORT??

Honestly in my opinion tickets SUX. So just visit the forum and come with your query and I hope it will be resolved fastly.

support will never ever help you..........the best i have been able to do in 4 months of tickets is get them to admit they are wrong two or three times...........and they still wouldn\'t help or fix my many issues.that is one of the many reasons why i charged back every last penny i spent on this game.

        hey there,
        sorry for your inconvenience experience.
        Please accept my apologize about it.
        Actually we had sent diamonds back after roll back finished in system, but some players still didn\'t receive there diamonds, so there was a thread about didn\'t receive diamonds of recharging during roll back, all player replied that thread got there diamonds back.
        If you and your GF and your friends didn\'t get your diamonds back over this two ways, please give me your IGN and server and order number, then we will check your issue and solve your issue and return your diamonds.
        Sorry again for the inconvenience.

                        Support ticket submitted 11 days ago... it is still unresolved. ;                                Regardless, I specifically spent this amount to activate the 600 card.. every month I do the same purchase procedure, but this time it failed on the 600..                                thank you for looking into this.

        cif, The payment went through, but it did NOT activate her 600 realmgem monthly card, the whole point of the payment was to activate this card, she has missed out on her 600 daily bonus from that monthly card for nearly 2 weeks due to this.

       
The diamond payment went through, but failed to activate the 600 realmgem/day monthly card, and it was made specifically to do that, and YES IT WAS IN THE 5 DAY PERIOD NECESSARY FOR THAT RECHARGE TO OCCUR.
