        I have tried and tried and tried to put in a ticket, all attempts to put one in fails due to no file selected for screenshot. I am however using one. first one size 1.7 mb second one smaller at 416kb in both cases no ticket accepted. so I complain here (well over a month ago) and got no response here. i purchased and used 6k diamonds for the event to get a hero card. than you guys do a roll back and say tough? I was given no choice but to do a return payment via paypal. now after starting fresh with a new server and repurchasing into that server I go to buy more and im blocked? given a 48 hour time to contact support? and all I can do is put in a ticket that wont get accepted (as I have been trying for the last 30 mins) in regards to this issue. so am I to expect than that my account will be blocked over this on all servers? or am I to expect the server in which this issue is in regards to being blocked? which I have also stopped playing by the way, it would be improper for me to have continued use of that account and this can be verified that before funds were returned use of that account ceased.

        i would also like to point out this transaction which took place on that same server that came from my account that was not put into question as there was no issue with it.

        the issue after failure with ticket system after repeated attempts and great frustration i directly emailed them about this and received no response which lead me to the only option i had left. the email was sent on oct 31 2015. on the first of november after no response (24hours time) a dispute was filed with paypal. than the account holder Youzu Games Limited pushed it directly into a claim and it was left in paypals hands. on november 12th paypal decided in my favor and returned the funds. before the funds were returned to me, i started all over again on another server. i have paid into that server what was returned to me and more. i am being penalized for using your system how you guys have it set up. i hope this does not escalate into further issues as you have already lost out on a $100 purchase as the event ends today and my system is locked out.

now i would also like to add since i have someones attention that i use the mini client, the mini client automatically runs in internet explorer. every time i tried to upload a photo here all i got was an opaque page with no options. had to change to a new browser just to get that screenshot loaded here but at least there is progress. as a suggestion can you guys make the mini client run which ever default browser is used on the system the mini client is used?

so when is this person gonna reply? gonna want to renew my vip soon and if this dont get resolved its even more lost on your part. how can you survive doing business like this? how long will it take before you alienate yourselves?
