        I am writing because I can not put in a ticket. I have sent emails for help and get no response. I have asked other players on my server and they suggested I post on forums and that I should get help threw forums. I have several issues I need help with. Back on August 24th 2015 I had wrote an email to GTA about losing 500 diamonds. I never used any diamonds back then and had lost them. I wrote again on September 4th 2015 about the same issue and got no response. So I lost 500 diamonds. Most recently I put in a recharge when precious and feather events were going on. I tried multiple times and kept getting order submitted but to refresh the page. I refreshed the page numerous times and again tried to put in a ticket. Again I couldn\'t put in a ticket so my fiance wrote on his account for me and apparently the recharge was refunded. I called my bank and asked about the activity they told me that I had 3 hits on my account for GTA. I informed them that I should not be charged for the 3. They told me only 2 were charged and 1 was refunded. I asked them to cancel the 2nd payment because I didn\'t receive my recharge, they would not without canceling my card and I had other bills that would be hitting my account so I couldn\'t cancel. I understand that is an issue I need to take up with my bank for being overcharged. I tried again the next day to recharge getting the same issue. That my order was submitted but that I had to refresh. I had left my computer on for 24 hours thinking that when I had come back to it the next day and refreshed it would say that my order was submitted. I still did not get my recharge. Most currently you have compensation up for recharge issues. I should be able to receive that and am unable to. I would like any help I can get for submitting help tickets/recharge issues/diamond loss/compensation. Attached is the 2 print screen\'s for the recharge issue and that I cannot claim the compensation. I unfortunatly deleted the diamond print screen I had and did not have a before and after print screen. Please help!!! Server Limah(960) IGN: VileDreamsz

I thought what I had wrote was essential, and very detailed so that no questions would be asked... But yes I haven\'t received either recharge and have already checked with my bank and they told me that they were both paid on my account. Are you not willing to help with the 500 diamonds that went missing, the fact i cant submit a ticket, or about losing in the feather and precious event? As well as not being able to receive compensation?

        I have recharged yet again and it went threw. I am not worried about that as far as the charges if I dont receive help I will disput the charges with my bank. I should still be able to collect compensation, have my issue fixed where I cant put in help tickets, and some kinda of compensation for missing out on precious/feather and the 500 diamonds that were taken from me back in August.

        i see, the comp is only for player who recharge within the time specified, as for your recharge, i will report those to be checked.

        If you believe you have another transaction that not given but the money is taken, please give me the order id for me to report them.

        UPDATE: So the transaction is FAILED, and if your money taken, please contact Worldpay for the reason and for the refund.

i will contact world play... you are still missing other issues i am having.. it is not fair that because my recharge didnt go threw but my money was taking that i missed events such as precious/feather/and cant receive compensation. also about losing 500 diamonds back in august and that i couldnt submit a help ticket. i know i am late reporting about the diamonds but i did not know i could get support threw forums and would prefer to handle my issues privately and not publicly

        Hello viledreamsz, the compensation you are talking about was only for those who recharged minimum 1000 diamonds to activate Monthly Card and it was not functional for days...therefor the compensation . The fact that your payments failed, believe it or not, has nothing to do with GTA. The money that you pay don\'t go directly to GTA, they go, in your case, through Worldpay first.
        About you 500 lost diamonds, you haven\'t explain what happened yet. Can you take a ss or copy and paste in here the emails that you\'ve sent concerning this issue? And we will go from there.

  • sorry i have been busy with the holidays i will find the email and send a print screen. There is 2 new issues our serves group buy went away 2 days ago and no one has been able to collect from it. also my twilight clash has gone missing

I had the same problem on 11/17/2015 ,I got a email from worldpay but it had no order number, but the money for 500 diamonds was tooken from my credit card account , and it dosent show in payment history ,
