Missing devotion points for arena attempts

I have used all my attempts in the arena but only have 8/10 awarded in devotion. Here are some screen shots.

Okay you\'re VIP status is showing as inactive in your screen shot which probably explains why you don\'t have 10 arena attempts.
As for the elite challenge in hot events, even VIP10 only get 8 daily challenges there (eternal spire elite battles).... to do any more you have to spend diamonds to buy more attempts
