        So here is another attempt at this since I have not received any from the ticket that was opened or the emails that were sent to the email addresses advised to contact GTA. Below is the case detail and all the questions answered hopefully. Let me know if there is some additional information is required from end, I want this resolved as soon as possible please.

There has been a payment suspension on my account, I would like to know the reason and how to fix this issue please as soon as possible. Thank

    Jassica, I have not applied for a chargeback on my account and don;t understand what has happened here? Can you get me further information about this? i.e. what was the amount that was claimed as chargeback and when? I don\'t have any issue with resubmitting a payment if there has been an error on my end. Please provide me with the amount/amounts as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Thanks,


        Now since sending this back and requesting further information, I have already sent 3 emails to the aforementioned email addresses jiayz@uuzu.com, or payment@gtarcade.com;and have requested further help with zero response. What I need is for the dev\'s to tell me what the charges were and on what dates and what the amount/amounts is? so that I can reimburse GTA and resolve it and get on with playing the game I want to and also;since there are some year end events coming that I would not like to miss out on. I have already missed out on couple of good events and would like to see;this issue to be resolved and dusted. Thanks;

chances are u didnt make any chargeback this would just be gta just saying u did for more money.. i wouldnt put i past them knowing how they rob us already

        Dear player,

        I\'m very sorry, but all i can do is find out what transaction is the one making chargeback, as to solve this, there is no way but to hope that the email you said above answer.

        If you interested to know, please provide IGN and Server to me, and PM me with your thread link.

I believe you have contacted one of my colleagues and he already give you the trans id that you chargeback.
