        anyone gonna take care of this shtty recharge issue ? tried of sending tickets and if i dispute then my bank will put stupid gtarcade.com on block list so i cant recharge anymore . i have done 120USD$ (163ca$) and just got 1000 diamonds out of that, any explanation for this shtt ????

        they should be emailed to you when you do the recharge.

        hey m8 . ty for understanding but i can prove u by showing my mail box , i m not getting any more confirmation mail from my purchases for long enough and made bunch of tickets but no one cares ,;;only thing i have in hand is my bank statement which shows GTArcade got money and transaction ID should be some numbers up and down from then one is in my payment history, coz made 3 times in less than 30mins;
        let me know if i need to provide anything else;

        err. World pay will email you for every success transaction, they will email the same account as your ID.
        can you check it on yyour spam folder too?

        i really donno how to say or prove but if u check all tickets i have sent you will see i made lots of tickets for not getting confirmation mails for succeed deals, and damn fckin worldpay not responding either . but i got transaction # from bank if it helps

        Since the payment goes like this

        [YOU] - [World Pay] - [GTA]

        There is no way GTA can check your bank, so you might need to ask world pay for the trans id.

        It\'s not that i don\'t want to help, but without transaction id gta cant check if the transaction is successful or not, its like asking free diamond.

        this might just a mistake in world pay site, you should contact them and ask why this happen, if they said the transaction is indeed success, then ask the transaction id.
