Still Can't enhance, socket, refine or enchant

I am writing again about I problem that I had last week and still have today. I cannot enchant, enhance, refine or socket any of my equipment. I cannot access awaken and when I go into Guardian Angel, it is blank. My game name is Silencia, I play on server 205 eros and my platform is Facebook. I am getting rather impatient since it has been a week and I have not heard anything from you. Here is the screen shot again...
