why is it so hard for me to recharge? 2 days on the phone with my bank ;they say no problem here ;call paypal no problem here ; ;they call my bank and again you guessed it no problem here. ;they said to contact game they must not be taking it. ;and in the mean time no recharge......?????

i am on s17 .....it says to refresh i refreshed for 2hrs. ; i have tried bank card...cerit card mine and my son\'s ...and i tried a diffrent ;computer
