Account hacked, trying to submit ticket

My account was hacked this morning, and when I went to put a ticket in, when I hit submit it just refreshes my page and does not submit anything. Anyone else having problems with submitting a ticket? And if there is anyone online that can help me with my account, please help. I am missing so much stuff. Thank

if your account was hacked it means you clicked a link or downloaded something that had a virus , so my advice is first reinstall windows , get a good antivirus then change password for the game this way you can be sure that tommorow your account won\'t be hacked again .; If you fail to do those thing listed above then don\'t be surprised if your account gets hacked again also choose a new password that you did not used so far at all , and if possible change email adress as well just to be on the safe side .; Also support ingame is kinda useless so try posting in support section here in the forum .
