Screen froze and could not play WB

        My screen froze and my character couldn\'t move in World Boss.  I refresh it so many times but the outcome is same. This problem is first time for me though.
        I miss my Gold and most importantly 600 devotion points. I am in 4 stars in angel evolution and waiting for Seraph Stones. i am planning to get 5 stars and 500 Seraph Stones. I want enough compensation and quick ,if you want me to continue  playing such broken game. I am paying customer, i am VIP and already spend lots of money in the game.

        Toay also screen froze. I can\'t move anything. I miss Gold and Events from hot Events, World Boss Brawl. I don\'t know why you ignoring my problem, guess i pay too much on your broken Game.
        my screen is like that i can\'t do anything.
        Fix the problem and give me compensation
