Divine Arms Getting Started

It looks like you can only buy 2 Divine Arm blueprints per month. Must I really commit to five months of planning and purchases to craft this?

I have also purchased some universal blueprints but they are clearly not universal as they don't add to the requirements (I have purchased those available in the Eternal Shop).

What is the recommended strategy for at least beginning this? Are you asking every player to wait five months to start? Thanks

You can buy 12 on your first month in EW shop.. but after that it is very slow as you said.
I think everyone is hoping that they will be added to tycoon shop or something
