tycon cross server

Sorry to say that, but at last tycon crossserver (previu one, at the begining of April) my internet connection in my area where i live was down for 4-5 days and i coudn;t conect to take the winning staf from tycon.
i;m in lockdown at home, and because of no internet i lose all from tycon reword
i writed to suport a ticket and they told me to write here....
Is it posible to recover what i earn from the reword tycon cross servers?
