Account Transfer

I never could get the pop-up to work and have tried over 9 different browsers. ngames is ending and I was not able to transfer my account after playing since the first year and spending lots of money. It isvery dissapointing. On discord one of the mods was very helpful and really tried hard but I could not get the tech support needed.
I guess I am saying goodbye since I am certainy not starting over from the beginning and respending all that cash and waiting more years just to get back to where I was. This has been very disappointing and it seems that perhaps the devs forget that without the players they have no purpose. The customer should always come first you know.
