Bonjour, j'ai besoin d'aide, depuis ce matin je n'arrive plus à me connecter à mon compte principale, en réponse j'ai "compte inexistant"
j'ai beau tenté de réinitialiser celui-ci, il faut l'adresse mail, réponse adresse inconnu" téléphone associé réponse "échec d'envoie du code de vérificationé"
Désinstallation et réinstallation de l'application GTarcade rien n'y fait. Contact sur la Discord avec les membres de mon Alliance, mon comte est bien présent,
mais pas connecté ?? est-il possible que mon compte est été piraté ? Je n'arrive à contacter personne, il faut une adresse mail !!! quelqu'un pour m'aider svp ???

Dear Vincent
Try doing a manual reinstall of the GTarcade Desktop App:
1. Go to your C: drive and enable "Hidden Items", you'll see a faded GTarcade folder appear.
2. Delete that, restart and make sure it doesn't show up anymore under Add or Remove Programs. If that doesn't work, uninstall the GTarcade program from there.
3. Also, after you restart clear out all the local App data files:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Gtarcade
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Yoozoo
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Gtarcade
4. Then start a fresh new download.
5. Please turn your firewall and antivirus off temporarily during the installation -- VERY IMPORTANT!
6. After installation, add all the GTarcade files to your antivirus/firewall exceptions before turning them back.
