decide whether icicle arrows is a guaranteed hit.. or a shield blocks it. cant have both.

Hit and Dodge tie in together so means that it cannot be Dodged. As for being Blocked, I will have to ask more into this, as the Description for Icicle Arrows being Guaranteed Hit does make it confusing, if it can be Blocked.

        block works only against normal attacks. and i think only skills can guaranteed hit. so it does\'nt matter

        O_o what\'s confusing about it, it hits the target regardless, (curious if it would of hit and damage the ultimate god) ; Now what he\'s complaining about is the damage aspect.; Block, only works against basic attacks.; Shields, depend what they are can either absorb part of the damage or prevents the damage all together.

        No wait lets get an ability an ability that you can\'t dodge, prevent/reduce damage, or be shielded against.

        dont forget it also has to be multi target, instantly killing every toon in the team even at full hp and prevent any type of respawn be it armor or DS skill...and ofc no rage required
        lets make it a game of who can stack more agi on the main toon to hit first and win guaranteed

In other words, OP wants the description of Icicle Arrows changed to ignores Dodge. While at it, might add that to Black Hole? .

(as to the OP, it does hit, as it hits the shield. But I personally wouldn\'t mind these descriptions just being crystal clear as with the above example).
