BUG: CANNOT RESET PASSWORD ON MAIN ACCOUNT

        I can\'t reset my accounts password, I already tried 5 times and the link doesn\'t work so I can\'t login with the account on the website. This happened after submitting a ticket also and I haven\'t heard from the support guys so I could not communicate with anyone and had to make this new account.

        Account\'s e-mail is dmrbadguy@gmail and backup e-mail was senzatiempo@gmail.com.

        Error message I was getting earlier(now it just doesn\'t do anything):

        I need to change it so I can use the account, please. Please, this ruined my characters because I can\'t even login and I\'m behind now even after recharging 150 USD...

        I can\'t login with that account. The account\'s e-mail is dmrbadguy@gmail.com and I have access to that but the password is not working and password reset is not working either. If you want, send me an email to that address and I can verify I own it.

        I think the account was made 4 days ago since I started playing the day 616 was opened. It could be off but I\'m 99% sure I made the account the same day 616 opened.

        Actually, forget about it. It will be impossible to recover and I already lost the chance to get Head Honcho or the unicorn from Day 4-5 so I don\'t wanna play anymore.

        I understand and it\'s cool that security is so good for the player\'s confidentiality.

        However, it\'s a massive letdown that Password Recovery, a key feature, happened to bug out and locked me out of my account for some reason.

        I had finally found a server with accessible event times give my timezone and even after spending 100+ USD with well planned distribution to win the first domination round, do CS every day to maximize the wings/costume set and saving the most expensive ring for a lvl 40 power spike, I ended up losing a lot of progress. I had even planned to have VIP from day 1 to maximize my EXP gain for loop quests and make sure none were skipped but it was all for nothing.
