Zodiac & Quests Blitz Database Error Issue

Hi Warriors:

For quite a long time many warriors have been experienced the problem of Zodiac and Quests Blitz database error. We\'re trying our best to fix this problem. Please be assured of this. And we suggest that you use Clear CD function to finish the blitz immediately. For those whose Clear CD functions are still not available, please make sure that your blitzes are finished BEFORE daily reset (00:01am, server time).         Help Please:
        My in game name is RiCa in server amalthea(s243) and ive got a problem, 3 days ago after pressing the button to clear cd in zodiac it froze and since then the only thing that says is database error and its stuck in the loop and as a result of this i cant do loop quests as well because its stuck in zodiac or the quests when i lvl up. Its been 3 days now with the same issue.
        Hopefully someone can help me with this.

        Ever since I reached level 57, this bug occurred to me. Now, I am stuck for like five days already (Six days after reset). Clear CD button isn\'t usable also. I\'m getting tired reading responses from mods saying: please be patient. I lose too much already... My rankings, upgrades, etc.;I don\'t think I\'ll be able to cope immediately after that promised fix. So let me ask this, ARE YOU GONNA PROVIDE US COMPENSATION EQUAL TO THE DAYS WE SUFFERED FROM THAT BUG?;
