30% off subscribe vip

Hello I did put a ticket in on this but coming here to make sure that more than one place has a report of it and question. I just renewed my vip as a subscribtion again. This time it has the 30% off on the 6.99. I got charged a full 6.99. Shouldn\'t I have only been charged 4.89? heres a pic of what im talking about. Ill pm the mod that responds my IGN and server number with the payment pic.

Full price is 10 dollars. 30% off is 6.99.

sir it has never shown me 10.00 as a full price. Also the bill doesn\'t say 10.00 and show a 30.00 off to give 6.99. I wish I had a SS of when mine would show the price as 6.99 and with out showing the 30% off thing.
