Gemology Rewards aren't resetting.

Hello there I\'m unable to collect any rewards for doing points in gemology today. It says I have already collected them and I have not. In fact if you see in this screen shot I\'m no where near 20k+ and it says I have already gotten up to 20k rewards collected. It didn\'t reset @ midnight like it should have. Hope this can be fixed before the day is up as those all count in tycoon.

hello ? up to 10k now.... still no rewards; reset. It says I\'ve collected up to 20k still... I had planned to hit 20k again.. but if I do that you will have no proof that I didn\'t collect already so I guess I\'m stopping here... sigh..

One at a time please mods, you are all overlapping each other with responses on the forums... so no one responded to me AT ALL yesterday and I lost 10k pts chests / rewards as you can see above, and I didn\'t even bother going for 20k because they you would just tell me I collected it anyways. SO thanks for all the help.

So what Is the point in posting bugs and glitches in here ? No moderators respond and I missed all those pts from tycoon with no compensation even for the missed rewards for the day. Is there any purpose for me to post at all ? The support tickets never go through I just get reset to the top of the page and told to put my server in again and again, if that means that it did go through I have never once gotten a response for the 50+ tickets I\'ve put in over the course of the past; year. Every now and then a mod will post in here but then a month or 2 will go by of silence again. A simple, it\'s been reported would be nice not just ignore me.

Mods seem to only respond in the Support forum...
And they\'ve said that only tickets relating to billing will get answered, otherwise you need to use the support forum for issues.
