Xiaoyang... Bank refund... Follow up... Chocolates Event final report

        Hello again,
        In the Valentine\'s Chocolates event there were 3 buffs given by the \'support angels\' The First was Fortuna: She was supposed to make extra Chocolates fall. it cost 1500 diamonds to purchase the buff using \'Rainbow candy\'. The second angel was Mikaela: and her support Buff was to make white chocolates fall every time the fairy hid chocolates.it could be purchased. for 1500 diamonds using \'Rainbow candy\'.The third angel was Amora: She was supposed to add a percentage chance to pick up two chocolate hearts instead of one. this buff\' could also be purchased for 1500 diamonds using \'rainbow candy\' I purchased all three for total 4500 diamonds at around 05:27,02-12-2015 (server time). Then I purchased 350 diamonds worth of \'Rainbow Candy\' to make the Fairy drop Valentines Chocolates twice. Total: 4850 diamonds, or $48.50.;;On the second time picking up chocolates I noticed that none of the six chocolates that had dropped were of the \'white chocolate\' type. Which made it plain to me that Mikaela\'s buff was not working. At 05:37, on 02-12-2015 (server time) I reported it to the Support Forum.;
        I returned to the game and refreshed the page and noticed that my Chocolates went from six in number to four in number. Which meant to me that the extra chocolates dropped by the Fortuna buff had also disappeared. I returned to the Support Forum and added this information (05:40 server time). I then noted that what should be done was return the Valentines Chocolate event to zero. Return my diamonds to my account and remove every thing that had to do with the event from my inventory as I had no desire to play your broken event any further.
        At 08:57,02-12-2015 Socrates (Junior Moderator) said he would submit a ticket for me, and to be patient.
        So I was waiting patiently when with the weekend approaching. I returned to the Support Forum only to find that my report had been removed and could only be accessed through the my posts tab. I then re-posted my complaint to the the Support Forum. It was removed again. I thought maybe the game had been fixed and this was your way of letting me know. I then attempted to pick up a chocolate in the game only to have it state for every chocolate in each scene that chocolates do not appear in this scene. I then ;returned to the Support Forum and put in the posting Chocolates Do Not Appear In This Scene Post. I also emailed one to Xaioyang Chen at that time along with a down load of the screen shot of my character standing by the Chocolate hearts and the words stating there was no chocolate in the scene. I also submitted a ticket to support which promptly vanished, without answer, and doesn\'t even show that a ticket was placed in the my ticket window.
        . I received two responses to my posting one was the the one you see in the chocolates does not exist in this scenepost. The other said that Xiaoyang is not available until the twenty sixth of this month.
        After waiting the weekend without anything being done I had my accountant post my complaint to the Support Forum on Monday;(as he knows people in very high places, and would make an excellent witness if this goes to court or is;investigated;as cyber theft.) Under the title: Follow UP this was also removed from the Support Forum. It was then that he decided to have all moneys sent to you frozen at the banks and begin an investigation as to how many time people have had to reverse charges against your company and put my IT department head to find ;mentions of you and thefts.
        While this was going on I sent out a letter to all three of the persons mentioned above. My accountant said this is my final post that he will handle everything from here on out.
        Have a Happy New Year, and there is really no need to erase this a copy was made of all of the exchanges for court purposes.

        Ok, I\'m gonna try to get all of the Information in here that I can Respond to. I apologize if I miss anything!

        1st off, without knowing exactly What Level each of the 3 Angel Buffs were at, there is only so much I can do to Help, as a lot of your Post, I am having to Guess at, since you provided No Screenshots!

        By the sounds of what you Described, depending on the Level of the Angels, and the Fairy Level from the Server, Factors in how many Chocolates are Dropped, and as you had 6 Dark Chocolates with No White Chocolates, and came back at 05:40 Server Time and had 4 Remaining. The Chocolates had not Refreshed yet at that Time, so sounds as if the Drop that you received was 10 Chocolates, which depending on the Level Buff, can be reached. However, with out Additional Information, or Screenshots, I can only Guess to this.

        As Socrates has Reported this however (as you mentioned above), GTA will be able to look into this further.

        If you read the Event, your Recharge Total, chose which Reward you received over the Next 3 Days. The 9,999 Diamond Purchase only allows you to Collect the 5,000 Diamonds for the Next 3 Days! It does not allow you to Collect All of the Rewards Total. You did Receive the Correct # of Diamonds.

doesn\'t say choose, it say meet this tier and receive. all 5 are met, so should receive all 5. need to be more clear if that is not the case, too ambiguous. like many other hot events this has been a common problem. so no wonder people think that. And when will;it go in favor of the player? if it is devs fault, close or easily mistaken it always goes;against the player.

That is made null and void by internet Fraud or theft. It would be like an amusement park stating you can\'t sue us then putting razor blades in their water slide. they are still liable. How many years of law did you take? If I hit a car at an Intersection my insurance covers that even if it\'s willful; if they can\'t prove it is a willful act. If I hit that car several times at that intersection, then Malice of fore thought comes into play. This is not the first time nor the third that this has happened. Further more my lawyers looked at what was written there and laughed themselves to tears.

        First off: Screen Shots are irrelevant. As you had more than 26 hours to look into the actual game before it was touched again. That, was your screen shot. In the same amount of time it took to remove my post in Support Forum three times you could have had one developer look into the game.
        Secondly: All you would have to do to find the details of what level the fairy was at for a server would be to look at the server time posted in the complaint;and and see the exact stats for the whole event at that time. I mean it is a simple rise over run program they teach third graders.
        Thirdly: I said in several of the previous posts that the first thing I did in the event was raise each support angel by one buff level,which cost 4500 diamonds. So, what level was their buff?
        Fourthly: I said it that 3 chocolates dropped when I used rainbow candy to activate the fairy drop;twice. 3x2=6. Or 3+3=6 ( I didn\'t want to surpass your mathematical abilities)
        If Mikaela\'s buff ;at first level causes one white chocolate to drop, with 100% probability, per Fairy drop activation. And the Fairy drop was activated twice how many white chocolates should have been present. 1x2=2 or 1+1=2. When my white chocolate total remained at 0, that is 0x2=0 or 0+0=0. I became aware that the Mikaela buff was not functioning.
        Fifthly: When I refreshed the page two if the dark chocolates disappeared. that is 6-2=4. I then added this information to my previous Support Forum report. This would of course that I an receiving the same amount of chocolates that a free player would receive or I would have received had I not put money in to pay for Fortuna\'s buff. I then requested my diamonds back and to have the game fixed as it obviously was not functioning correctly. Then I did not touch the game for 26 hours giving your developers time to fix the problem.;;
