Valentine Webpage date screwup and outage

Hello first off the webpage was broken yesterday for me and prevented logging in. Today it saying its a HKT day not a PST time and so I couldn\'t log in yet the spin gives todays date. heres 3 ss. 1 to show yesterday outage of the website and 2 showing todays broken date. this is the 3rd time this has happened with this event. hi, just wondering about the times you cited? its the 24th on HKT now and we have to wait until after 1400 our server time to get in an update valentines for the 24th. it is currently 0912 HKT,;on the 24th,; 1912 on the 23rd for EST

well ive reported this a few times at how for me it is the 23. ive done it even at 10 am and it has gave me the hkt date instead of mine. This should not happen since I don\'t live in the hkt time zone or play in it.
